Inspections & Reviews: This course
will begin with an overview of building inspections. The purpose of an
inspection is to ensure that work and or building conditions meet a specific
health and safety standard. The inspection topics will also include those
regulated by public law and regulation as well as those with respect with contractual requirements. The course will highlight the importance of conducting
inspections as well as recognizing risk and how to manage it.
