This self-directed course will teach course participants learn how to plan, budget, manage and supervise a broad range of construction projects. It involves a series of topics that are both of 16 hours of self-paced online prerequisites as well as 2 days (approximately 16 hours) of intensive project based learning that culminates in a final project case study.
